Now there is an international effort to reduce the carbon foot print. Most countries understand that allowing the carbon foot print to grow will be the end of the human race and the earth's ability to sustain life as we know it. The old ways include putting profits above human life and safety. Why would any country want to increase a by-product that will not sustain life like the human race? Greed, Profits and Power. In this context "power" is not power to the people. Shameful!
