Everyone needs a positive direction. As we age our needs change. Older bodies do not move with the fluidity they once did or at the speed they once did. It is important to keep moving by walking as much as possible. It is extremely important to do strengthening exercises. Also important are stretching exercises. Animals will stretch when they 1st get up from a rest. Humans need to stretch frequently.

Abuse happens more than you think. Due to advancements in technology, proof of the abuse has caught some of the abusers on live video feed. Many places of employment, schools, and other facilities prohibit phones, cameras and any other devices that could document abuse. 

What about older adults in specialized care in their homes or facilities. Since COVID-19 there are fewer employees at Nursing Homes. What about abuse in the workplace or other facilities?
